Never Alone

I don't know about you, but there are days that I feel so alone.  I feel so overwhelmed by life and all of its problems.  But Jesus tells us that we are never alone; He is always with us. “God is with you – wherever you may go and no matter what life brings.” (Joshua 1:9).  God is closer than your very breath.

You may be going through some trials or suffering right now.  You may feel lost and all alone, but God knows exactly where you are right now, and He has a plan for your life.  God knows you...He knows your very name.  He has known you since before you were ever born.  He loves you with an everlasting love. (Jeremiah 31:3)  He is in love with you.  Don't you think that means that He's looking out for you?  You are the apple of His eye.  You are so precious to Him, and He will never leave your side.

He wants you to pray with your eyes on Him and not on your difficulties or your situation.  Truly get to know Him.  Devote your time to Him and develop a real relationship with Him.  You need the certainty of God's loving presence in your life to weather the storms.  Knowing God is the ultimate protection from sinking during these storms.

You are never alone.  God will never leave you.

...God goes with you; He will never leave you nor forsake you..."
